How long is the free trial?

If you don't sign up for a paid plan, your number is held for 30 days before being released. If you come back within 30 days, you keep the same number. After 30 days it's released.

What happens when the trial ends?

No-card trial: when the trial ends, the AI agent is paused — callers will hear that the service is temporarily unavailable. Your dashboard enters read-only mode so you can review your calls. Add a card anytime to reactivate. Card-on-file trial: you're automatically moved to Starter ($49/mo) on day 15 unless you cancel before then.

Will I be charged automatically on the card-on-file trial?

Yes. By starting a card-on-file trial, you authorize a $49 charge on day 15 unless you cancel. You'll receive a reminder email on day 13. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings.

What if all trial spots are full?

Accepted Answer

Trial capacity is limited to keep service quality high. If slots are full when you sign up, you'll see a waitlist option — we'll email you when a spot opens. Alternatively, you can skip the line and start a paid Starter plan ($49/mo) directly.
