Service Description
ReadyRing provides AI-powered voice agent services for small businesses. Our platform answers inbound phone calls, captures caller information, helps businesses handle appointment requests, and provides notification and management tools through a web dashboard.
Account Terms
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate business information during registration.
- One business per account. Multi-location businesses require the Scale tier.
Billing and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- Overages beyond included minutes are billed at end of billing cycle at your tier's per-minute rate.
- Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at next renewal.
- No setup fees. No cancellation fees. No long-term contracts.
- A valid payment method is required to maintain an active account.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with ReadyRing within 30 days of your initial signup, contact us for a full refund of your subscription payment. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only. Overage charges incurred during the guarantee period are non-refundable.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ReadyRing to:
- Make outbound calls or engage in telemarketing
- Process or store payment card data through the AI agent
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Misrepresent the AI agent as a human when directly asked
- Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate business call handling
SMS Program Terms
Program name: ReadyRing.
Message types: recurring transactional and service text messages, including appointment reminders, call notifications, delivery and account alerts, and other service-related messages tied to your use of ReadyRing.
Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences.
Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on all major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their MVNO affiliates.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS notifications. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in.

SMS Messaging on Behalf of Customer
Customer authorizes Lightspeed Labs LLC, doing business as ReadyRing ("Lightspeed"), to send SMS messages to Customer's callers and end users on Customer's behalf, including but not limited to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and other transactional notifications related to interactions Customer's callers have with the ReadyRing voice agent. Customer represents and warrants that Customer will use the ReadyRing platform only for legitimate business purposes and will not use the platform to send unsolicited marketing or any communications that violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, or any applicable state or federal law. Customer acknowledges that Lightspeed bears regulatory responsibility for SMS messages sent through its registered campaign and that Lightspeed reserves the right to suspend Customer's access to the platform if Customer's use generates excessive complaints, opt-outs, or otherwise jeopardizes the campaign's standing with carriers.
Service Level
We aim for 99.9% uptime for our voice agent services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party providers (telephony carriers, cloud infrastructure providers).
Payment Failure
- Days 1-3: Grace period. Agent remains fully operational while payment retries.
- Day 4: Agent enters degraded mode (answers calls, captures basics, no booking or automations).
- Day 11: 48-hour warning, then phone number is suspended.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your agent stops answering calls at the end of your current billing period. Call data is retained for a reasonable period after cancellation, then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion.
Limitation of Liability
ReadyRing is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed calls due to telephony carrier issues, incorrect information provided by the AI agent based on incomplete knowledge base data, or business losses resulting from service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
