Overview

ReadyRing ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Lightspeed Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI voice agent platform and related services.

What We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, business name, industry, phone number, and billing information (processed securely through Stripe).

Call Data

Our AI agents capture caller name, phone number, reason for calling, and appointment details during calls. Call recordings and transcripts are stored to provide dashboard functionality and call review features.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and call volume metrics.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our AI voice agent service
  • To send you instant notifications (SMS and email) about incoming calls
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To improve our AI models and service quality
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate ReadyRing:

  • Retell AI — voice agent infrastructure and call processing
  • Twilio — telephony and SMS delivery
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • AWS — database hosting (RDS), email delivery (SES), authentication (Cognito), and HIPAA-compliant data processing

SMS Messaging & Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

ReadyRing sends recurring transactional and service text messages (appointment reminders, call notifications, service alerts) to numbers you opt in via the agent settings → notifications page. Data Retention

We retain your data for a reasonable period after account cancellation, then permanently delete it. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.

HIPAA Notice (Healthcare Customers)

Healthcare customers (dental, veterinary, and rehabilitation practices) using ReadyRing with HIPAA compliance enabled have protected health information (PHI) handled through a dedicated HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. PHI is routed through AWS Lambda under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). PHI is never stored on our primary application servers.

A Business Associate Agreement is executed electronically during onboarding for all healthcare accounts.

For healthcare customers, HIPAA-required audit logs are retained for a minimum of six years as required by 45 CFR §164.316(b)(2).

Upon termination of a healthcare account and the associated Business Associate Agreement, we will return or destroy all protected health information in our possession, as required by 45 CFR §164.504(e)(2)(ii)(J). Where return or destruction is infeasible (for example, protected health information retained in encrypted backup media), we will extend HIPAA protections to that information and limit further use or disclosure to the purposes that make return or destruction infeasible, for as long as we retain it.

Cookies and Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how users interact with our platform. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can export your call data via CSV (Pro and Scale tiers) or request a data export by contacting us.
